    It takes time for customers to adjust to their new purchase, so BrandSource offers a 90-Day Comfort Guarantee for mattresses*.

    Terms & Conditions

    If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort, Daleys BrandSource will gladly exchange your mattress for you. All that we ask is that you purchase a mattress and mattress pad from us, that is covered in the program with your original purchase, and that you advise us if you would like a change within 90 days of the original purchase. This allows you a one-time exchange of your mattress for one of equal or greater value. You are responsible to pay any difference in value with the applicable taxes.

    We require that you sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 21 nights before the exchange can happen. This is the normal adjustment period for sleeping on a new mattress. Should you do decide to exchange your mattress under the 90 Day Comfort Guarantee, we will deliver the new mattress and take back the old one for a $99 exchange fee, and a delivery fee based on your delivery zone. The whole process is done without any hassle to you, our valued customer. Please note that the 90 Day Comfort Guarantee is valid for a single exchange only.

But the 90 Day Comfort Guarantee is our commitment to you — to help you get the best night’s rest you can get, and to give you the added security of an exchange if for any reason you are not happy with your first choice.

    Let us know within 90 days of the date of your original purchase if you decide to exchange your mattress. You don’t need to give us any reasons, as long as you bought and used a mattress cover from us, and that the mattress is not stained or damaged, and is free of bed bugs. Any of these will void the 90 day comfort guarantee.

    Not all sizes or mattresses are eligible for the comfort guarantee.

    A special order mattress, (any model or size that we do not regularly stock), or a clearance model does not qualify.

    The mattress to be exchanged must be of the same size as the original purchase.

    The mattress selected must be part of the 90 Day Comfort Guarantee selection.

    Not applicable to bulk or commercial sales.
